Take 190 West was a sucess!

Yesterday we had the wonderful opportunity to print at 190 west in Killeen, TX. To be honest I wasn't expecting a huge turn out since it was a small but local event with mostly local artists and minimal advertising for vendors. To my surprise however, it turned out to be a fun and fully engaging venue!

We met with several students who listened and watched our min- print history lesson with great enthusiasm. I loved the questions and genuine interest expressed for the print making process.

To me there is nothing greater than seeing old friends and enjoying the company of your fans. So imagine our joy when Rob and Kathleen Laundy showed up to rally their support for our artwork! They were great in helping to show new customers and fans how the shirts stood up over time & they also left me with a renewed sense of purpose always, by winning over more of the print uninitiated. I will admit, it is nice to have a street team rooting for you.

So I'm writing this at two in the morning, I guess I have to head to bed. I've got a long week ahead of me and the Heart of Texas Comicon next weekend!
